"Ticket link issue was fixed quickly"
My ticket link wouldn’t open at first, which made me a little nervous and knocked my confidence in the process a bit. I contacted support and they got it sorted fast, and everything worked fine after that. I’m glad it was fixed quickly, but I do wish it hadn’t happened in the first place.

"Mobile tickets were annoying"
I had a frustrating time trying to get my mobile tickets to load at the venue. The app just kept spinning, and I ended up standing around waiting for someone to help. It was stressful in the moment and didn’t feel worth the hassle.

I grabbed my tickets on aftontickets.com the whole checkout thing was really simple. No weird extra steps, no clicking around forever trying to figure out what to do. Payment went through pretty much right away, and the confirmation email showed up right after. Always nice when a site just does what it’s supposed to do. I’d definitely use it again...

I bought tickets and the fees were shown BEFORE I paid, which I really appreciated. It might not have been the cheapest option out there, but at least I knew the full total before checking out. Overall, it was smooth. Giving it 4 stars

"Payment failed but I still got charged"
I was trying to buy tickets, and the payment page just kept loading forever before eventually saying the transaction failed. I figured maybe it was my card, so I tried another one, but the exact same thing happened again.
What really bothered me was seeing a pending charge on my bank account later, even though the site said the payment didn’t go through. Support took a while to respond and basically just told me to wait, which didn’t feel very reassuring. To me, the whole process felt messy and stressful, and I don’t think I’d use this site again.

"Payout took way too long"
Selling my tickets was easy enough, but waiting for the payout was frustrating!! It took longer than I expected, and support didn’t really give me a clear answer when I asked about it. The site works fine overall, but getting your money is definitely slower than I’d like.

i mean, the reporting does the job for basic sales tracking, and I can usually find the numbers I need. The analytics side just feels a little clunky at times. I do wish the exports and filters were simpler to work with

The site was easy to use and checkout went smoothly. To be fair, I did have to click around a little before I found my tickets, so that part could be a bit more obvious. But it wasn’t a huge hassle, and everything worked fine in the end...

"Worked fine for my last-minute tickets"
I used aftontickets.com to get tickets last minute, it worked fine for me. The pages loaded quickly enough, checkout didn’t glitch, and my confirmation email showed up right after. I’m not sure why people act like every ticket site is automatically a disaster, because this one didn’t give me any problems. Simple experience overall.

"Check-in was smooth overall"
I used Afton Tickets for an event last weekend, and based on that one experience, it seems like they’ve got the check-in process figured out well. My ticket scanned right away, and the staff didn’t really have to fiddle with anything, which made getting in feel easy.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the line slowed down a bit when a few people had their phone brightness too low, but that’s more of a people thing than an Afton issue. From what I saw, the system worked just fine...

"Easy enough to manage my account"
I was feeling mentally drained when I had to deal with my account stuff, so I was glad Afton Tickets didn’t make it harder than it needed to be. Updating my details and checking my tickets was straightforward. I did have to poke around for a minute to find one setting, which was a little annoying, but nothing major. Overall, it worked fine and didn’t add to my stress

Setting up my event was straightforward overall. I did run into a little confusion with the ticket options, and the instructions weren’t as clear as they should’ve been, which was a bit annoying. Support got back to me quickly and helped sort it out, so that was a plus. In the end, it worked well enough and got the job done.

"Hard to Get a Hold of Anyone"
Trying to reach someone was frustrating. Messages took days to get a response, and the chat didn’t really help much. I get that things can get busy, but you’d expect a basic support option to actually be useful.

"It works okay with our event flow overall..."
It works okay with our event flow overall, but the setup was kind of annoying and came at the worst possible time. We were already trying to get everything ready for the event, so having to deal with extra setup steps right then was frustrating. Once it was running, it did what we needed, but the timing definitely made the whole experience feel more stressful than it should have.
